Frequently asked questions

Is ZONE Smooth 6mg tobacco-free? Yes. ZONE pouches use plant-based fibers and synthetic nicotine — there is no tobacco leaf or ground tobacco in any can.

How long does a ZONE Smooth 6mg pouch last? Most users get 45–60 minutes of steady release. You can leave it in longer, but the effect tapers after that window.

Is 6mg strong enough compared to 9mg? 6mg is ZONE's normal tier — noticeably lighter than 9mg but a clear step up from 3mg. Regular users often land here; heavier users tend to prefer 9mg.

Is ZONE Smooth the same as ZONE White? Same 6mg strength and 20-pouch can, different fleece. Smooth is softer and lower-profile under the lip; White is ZONE's standard material.
